Gabriela Erickson is a Senior Product Manager on the Responsible AI and Tech team, within  the Office of Ethical and Humane Use. She focuses on translating AI ethics into actionable product strategies, helping teams build scalable, trustworthy, and socially responsible technology.

Johnty Gray is the Individual Engagement Director at Oxfam GB and specializes in breaking down silos between technology and funding/fundraising. A seasoned and strategic leader in the nonprofit sector, Johnty has built a career around one core conviction: that sustainable growth in fundraising comes not from isolated tactics, but from treating the entire supporter journey as a living, interconnected ecosystem.
