This session brings together ServiceNow leaders and Save the Children to explore how AI is being put to work in the humanitarian sector. The conversation will open with a thought leadership framework for approaching AI strategically, including how AI governance is critical to implementing and scaling AI with confidence. From there, we will move into real-world examples drawn directly from ServiceNow's nonprofit customer base, highlighting the outcomes organizations are achieving today. The session will close with a live demonstration of AI-powered Voice Translation, a capability with direct humanitarian applications for organizations operating across languages and geographies.
